The workshop

Paul and the team,on Edward Street.

Dynamic Wiring Solutions is an auto electrical workshop in Seymour. Not house wiring: vehicles. Twelve volt systems, 4x4 and canopy builds, and the sort of electrical fault finding that needs somebody to sit with the vehicle and think rather than start swapping parts.

The work runs from a full touring build, tray through to wheels, lift kit, interior and custom wiring, down to a headlight that has picked the worst possible morning to stop working. Drop off is available, and there is a key drop box for the mornings you need to leave early.

Accreditation

A REDARC REDNetwork certified installer.

“The REDNetwork is a network of professional auto electrical businesses located throughout Australia and New Zealand who have been certified by REDARC to install the full range of REDARC solutions.”

REDARC Electronics

In practice it means the charging, management and brake control gear goes in the way the people who designed it intend, and that the workshop has been checked by them rather than just buying the boxes.

What we do

Every circuit labelled,fused and traceable.

A build is only good if the next person can follow it. That is the standard here, whether it is a full canopy system or one extra switched circuit.

01

4x4 and canopy power

Complete 12V systems for canopies, trays and touring setups. Distribution panels, labelled circuits, fused and loomed so you can trace every wire years from now.

02

Dual battery systems

Second batteries, DC to DC charging, battery management and monitoring, sized to what you actually run rather than what fits the shelf.

03

REDARC installs

Certified REDARC REDNetwork installer, so the full REDARC range goes in the way the manufacturer intends, from Tow Pro brake controllers to charging and management systems.

04

UHF and communications

UHF radios and aerials fitted properly, mounted where they will survive a corrugated road and wired so they do not chew your battery flat overnight.

05

Driving lights and LED

Spotlights, light bars and LED headlight upgrades, wired through relays and fusing rather than tapped into whatever was nearest.

06

Sound deadening and interiors

Insulation and sound deadening through cab roofs, doors and floors, plus speakers, door trims and interior fit out.

07

Auto electrical diagnostics

Faults on modern utes and 4x4s traced properly. The kind of intermittent gremlin that has already been to two workshops and come back.

08

Quads and side by sides

Farm and recreational machines wired for work: switched spotlight and radio circuits, dual batteries, labelled fuse panels.

A canopy power distribution panel with four labelled circuit breakers reading DC in, fuse box, canopy power and DC out

Canopy power

You should be able to read your own wiring.

DC in. Fuse box. Canopy power. DC out. Four labels on an alloy plate, every cable heat shrunk and run in conduit. It takes longer to build it this way. It also means that in three years, in the dark, somewhere past Yea, you can find the right breaker without pulling the whole tray apart.

I unreservedly recommend Dynamic Wiring Solutions in Seymour. Paul was incredibly helpful, resolving an issue that had gone unresolved for approximately two years, something several motor mechanics had failed to do. Unlike other workshops, Paul actually listened to what I was experiencing and didn't just recommend replacement parts for my Lancer. Despite living in Frankston, I'll be making the trip to Dynamic Wiring Solutions in Seymour whenever I need a good auto electrician. Thank you.

Paul is just next level amazing! My step-son is going for his license today and we just figured out his headlight wasn't working. We pulled in our of the blue and Paul was more than happy to help straight away! Now my step-son can still go for his license today all thanks to Paul! I could not recommend him enough!
